Class Offerings

  • Hatha

    Move your body slowly and with longer holds that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on alignment, relaxation and mindfulness.

  • Vinyasa

    These classes keep you moving! You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences, linking breath with movement while building strength and endurance .

  • Gentle Flow

    This class moves at a gentle pace, allowing time to be present in each pose. Explore the play between strength and flexibility, stability and ease, and leave feeling refreshed.

  • Yoga for Back Care

    A therapeutic approach that combines gentle core work, tension release movements and restorative poses to ease tightness and bring relief. All levels, abilities and bodies welcome and encouraged.

  • Gentle Flow & Restore

    Open the body with gentle and slow postures and movements. After some gentle movement, the class will transition to a restorative practice with longer holds, deeper stretches, and relaxation techniques.

  • Senior Yoga

    Take a yoga class at your pace. Energize your body, strengthen your bones, and improve your balance. Class includes breathing exercises, warm-ups, and adapted poses—with plenty of relaxation. All ages welcome.

  • Queer Yoga

    Queer yoga is an offering to tune in, unmask, and practice the ever-unfolding art of being with yourself in community. In this class, rest doesn't have to be earned, there is no dress code, and we aren't practicing to achieve anything or get anywhere. Students can expect a strong but slower-paced flow, no gendering of energies or poses, and an open invitation to show up just as you are today.

  • Restoration Yoga Therapy

    A unique blend of functional and restorative yoga practices that include posture, movement, breath work, and meditation to help combat the physical and mental stresses of daily life. A levels welcome and encouraged!
